You have to change your LinkSys firmware
Many people, including me, had this problem. It's caused by the Linksys firmware, no matter what version. Go to dd-wrt.com, select 'supported hardware' and put in your router's model then choose its version. Then you'll see a choice of firmware files. I downloaded and installed:

I think the problems you and others are having with incoming calls is because their system is way, way overloaded. In other words, they're a vicitim of their own success. Someone who just called me got an 'all circuits busy' message the first try, then 1/2 a ring the second time that went dead, then ...

30 sec. disconnect (Pending ACK) problem solved
I was having the same problem with the Pending ACK dropping incoming calls at 32 seconds. Just like everyone else, it turned out to be my Linksys router. Model WRT54GS, Version 1.1 (an old one). Upgrading to the latest Linksys firmware did not help the problem.
