I cut my losses and returned mine today. I'm still in the trial period so hopefully I will get my refund promptly.

I primarily need it for incoming calls - if incoming isn't reliable I can't use it.

Good luck to everyone else, I just couldn't wait this one out.

I've installed magicjack on two different computers and tried two different phones with it.

Same problem with incoming calls.

I've bothered the poor family that is getting my incoming calls way too much on a holiday weekend.

Outgoing calls work absolutely fine for me.
