My MJ has been faulty all day, only connecting once in a while with no warning as to which calls are real and which are fake.
I am about ready to ask for my money back.
Their text tech support is useless and always want you to get a new phone!
Totally unreliable product.

I had the same problme and used the agent chat at the Magic Jack USA site to tell them about it. They immediately reset my connection and it worked again.
