I want to change the name caller Id displays when I call out
I have hooked up the MJ and things are going Ok
Except when I call someone, it displays some old name of someone like "Jack Webb",
How do I change it to say my name?

Well after 2 days and trying several phones, I fixed a problem were the sound was very scratchy or couldn't even understand what was being said!
The headset or softphone was fine, Drove me nuts thinking it was a sound card problem, but then I went into control panel - system - USB and updated ...
