Someone posted that the beeping doesn't occur with GE phones. Can anyone verify this?

My guess is that they KNOW about the problem, and they are working to fix it as quickly as possible, but "prove out / testing" takes a while (I'm sure all programmers out there would agree). I don't think MJ wants make a quick fix and end up making more problems.

Other people who have experienced this problem where using a router, and the router settings had to be changed to fix the issue.

Are you using a router? If so, search using the terms router and no audio.

I wonder if the MJ servers were hit with a virus, and now all calls going through them get the beeping noise.

I think it is a GREAT idea.

I have a Uniden EXA12248 2.4GHz phone, and I HAD the same problem, that is up until 5 mins ago. 8)

I'm curious as to what Routers DO work, and which Routers DON"T Work. Can different members of this forum say what they have and if they experienced this problem or not.

I'm considering using a new D-Link router that is wired (not wireless).
