can someone specify settings for X-lite (something we can all test this with) before trying out on ATA?

The proxy will run under Windows XP Pro, but I get an error when I try to execute it under XP Embedded, which would be the preferred low-power box to run the proxy. Any thoughts? The error that I receive is:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)

run it the same way as if you had caller id program on one computer and a ata. if not sure you can check some older posts on this forum.

I feel it is a good product but using a ata box didnot hurt them at all maybe help sell alot more product. I could see if they were selling a ata themselfs but they are not. I donot think the ceo type people in the company new anything about ata use or cared. they arehappy to make $2 on each one ...

what does the term salt mean.

I have been using voipvoip.com since mj went down with ata. it has cost me $6 plus about $ 4 for calls out incoming is free. i have my mj number calls going to voip number. works great so far varry easy to set up my ata box.
