As far as I know, some are cell phones, some are from homeland lines. Some are from company phones.

Not really sure why it is so unclear. Like can hardly recognize anything except I can see the caller id so I know who called me.

Ever since my Thin Client not work, I plug my Magic jack into my laptop and it works great with outgoing calls.

However almost all incoming calls not clear, I can hardly hear what they say at all, I have to tell them I call you back. When I call them back, it is very good quality.

I think somehow Administrator lost right. It cannot see C drive at all, only Z drive. Can I do a complete restore?

My HP THin Clinet T5720 works great for almost a year. All of sudden this month, it not work. The Thin client did boot, and online, but some function lost, like I cannot right click start to envoke explore, it said this fuction is canceled due to computer restriction.....

Everytime I live chat with tech support, they always asked me to run upgrade.exe.

However after I download it, and click run, it just kind of disappeared. Did nothing.

I had exact same thing going on for weeks. I have to waste a lot of my cell phone minutes to receive calls.

I chated with tech support for several times, at last last night one of them fixed my problem.

Same here, no shutdown this computer option.

When I click start, only choice is log off and disconnect. No shutdown.

There is no router, only cable direct plug into the thin client.

No wireless router.

I went into network connection, right click the connection and properties, advanced, and windows firewall, then I clicked settings, it said : the requested feature is not available. I logged in as Adminsitrator.

The guy who sold me this thin client said works in his location.

very weird, internet is working, can get into magicjack.com, and other address, just cannot run upgrade.exe with error not a win32 applicaitoin and magic jack cannot connect to internet.

Sygate firewall is disabled.

I don't know how to check window firewall.

One TC can browse internet, but MJ said cannot connect to the internet.

Live chatted with MJ help center, they asked to download ugprade, when I try to run upgrade, it said it is not a valid win32 application.

This Thin Client was tested fully on another location, works fine.

I used to have t5710 it seems the memory not good enough, then I bought one from a friend who configured the T5720, which works wonderful.

never had any problem, the voice quality is extremely good.

Everytime when I start my HP TC T5720, I got those screen : the instruction at '0x77777d34' referenced the memory at '0x000000' can not be read.

Then after a second , it will come out another one stating : window cannot find the "idlist: number, Number' blah blah.

How to fix this problem?

I got a T5720, and plugged in magic jack, but cannot toggle to telephone, so the phone rings inside the pc, not the telephone, plus the other end of call, can hear nothing.

I had same issue with my TC.

I had been working with MJ tech support for two days, never solved it.

Somehow when people call in, I heard my TC rings, not my telephone hooked to it.

Then MJ can talk through the TC speaker , but the other end can not hear.

Do I have to configure something on TC to ...

I had a magic jack installed on HP THIN CLIent T5720, and now all incoming call goes to PC, not my telephone.

I clicked menu, did not have a choice : Switch to Telephone/Headset.

I have a HP TC t5720, loaded magic jack, and when incoming call coming in, it only rings the HP TC. I tried to click menu, it has no selection of switch to telephone or headset. If I plug my magic jack to IBM thinkpad t40, it has a choice of switch to telephone or headset. What am I missing here ...
