I am using an actual phone connected to the MJ jack. For the people that have gone beep free when you mention the soft phone is it using your computer and not a regular phone?

I too have the beeping problem. I went and got live help and we installed the the latest software, this was yesterday. The beeping did not go away. Finally it was suggested that I use another phone.
