Not on my end....seems to be on magicjack's end I received this response from them today regarding my inability to receive calls and to place calls

I can't receive or make any calls without getting a recording that tells me my number is unassigned and to go to the website if I want to make and receive calls worldwide. Support is NO help and my mj is still down

Send a complaint to the BBB like was suggested earlier in the thread. I did and got an IMMEDIATE response, and replacement....too bad the replacement is WORSE than the original....I didn't think it could be much worse but I had two callers hang up on me today saying they couldn't handle the beeps ...

Well they sent me a replacement and it beeps just as bad as the first and on top of that when you dial a number it just goes immediately back to a dial tone....or you hear dead air and the person you were calling says the phone rang, they answered and you didn't say anything you just hung up....go ...

Now this might sound crazy....and I've had it up to here with mj support, remote control opening ports, etc. because two days after that I had a trojan that took me down and I spend two days reformatting and getting myself back up....

BEEPING....I've had it since 1 day past my 30 day trial...yeah ...
