I have a few magicjacks that I use. For ease of use for people that aren't local to me, I have different magicjack numbers in diffferent area codes. I forward those numbers to my local number and in one instant forward those calls to another number that forwards to a different long distant number ...

The folder you seek is not in the MJ drives but in WinXP it is at "C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\mjusbsp". Do some research.

I don't know if this is a fix or not but I noticed that MJ was not running on my thin client. I rebooted, MJ started, then I did a commit and rebooted again. It has now been working fine since.

I don't know that I would trust magicjack with a call of any importance, anyway. It is fine as a backup and for long distance calls, but I wouldn't use it for anything else.

Are you trying to extract it using the thin client? It won't work; there isn't even disk space. You need to do this on a PC with a USB thumb drive.
