I am eagerly awaiting your new version. I am hoping that will solve the problem of all my calls going to VM instead of the phone ringing. I have tried all the fixes that you and joevv have mentioned but they do not work for me. But, I do thank you both for trying to help!

It seems to me that if I disabled voice mail, there would be no VM for my calls to go to, and the phone would ring.

I just now edited the registry, very carefully, as instructed by vdot and guess what...my calls still go immediately to voice mail! I have none of the other problems I have read about and this would be ...

Telling newbies to edit the registry is not a good idea. This guy can't even use his MJ normal. BEWARE! if you edit the wrong settings in the registry your mj and computer may not work correctly. Worst case scenario you can corrupt the reg file and render your pc useless.

I am able to delete the big skin file, but when I restart MJ it pops right back. What am I doing wrong? Maybe if I got rid of the voice mail my phone would ring. Now, every call goes right to voice mail unless I have just run the upgrade.

When I get a call, the phone does not ring....the calls go straight to voicemail. I have tried the powered USB hub and that does not help. The only time the phone will ring is right after an upgrade. I have spent hours chatting with the MJ people to no avail. Can anyone help?
