Did I speak too soon? I just called and it seems I got in on someone else's call and they were talking about the lame hold music with MagicJack. Is this a regular problem? Is there a way to fix it? The last thing I want is to have to hang up and redial to get out of other people's calls.

I installed it. In about 2-3 minutes it had downloaded the Vista update and I was registering the number. It works perfectly. I am very impressed so far. I had very low expectations, just because I have been burned by previous VOIP experiences.

There is something written for "newbies" (new to magicjack). But if you have problem that you cannot solve and get no support from MJ, your in the right place. Ask, lets see what we can do to help.
