Yeah, I get the same message when people try and call my number. It is a server problem on their end and it has happened to me before. I am on my second "level" of support. What they do is just forward you to another retarded same level support person and they keep making you try things on your end ...

MagicJack and Gizmo5
I have a magicjack usb device and would like to know if I can use it with my Gizmo5 account allowing me to answer Gizmo5 calls through my regular phone that is connected to the MagicJack device. I do not want to use MJ's service.

I have two MG #'s and a friend has one. We can make outgoing calls fine. When anyone dials the #'s to call us, they hear, "The number you have dialed is not in service message NY90653."
What is the solution to this problem? So far I have been out of service for 24 hours...

Not in service
I am having the same problem, it is not resolved. 3 #'s affected beginning with 914-363-xxxx. What is the solution. Been on chat and email with them for hours and they don't know what they are doing.

I have one MJ adapter and would like to get another MJ adapter to obtain a 2nd phone number. Is it possible to use both MJ lines at the same time running off the same computer?
