Got a MJ today. I can make and receive calls just fine. The problem I am having is that the VMAIL button on the MJ app does not turn green when someone leaves voicemail. Get the IP address of your MJ PC and configure that as the DMZ on your router. If MJ still does not work, go back to support because is has nothing to do with the router.
