I figured it out, lol. It was because I had two laptops + my pc connected to the internet at the same time. As soon as I shut off my laptops to give them a break my phone started working, thank you so much for your help though it is greatly appreciated!

Posted this (below) yesterday and it's still doing the same thing. Also I forgot to add that I do not use the extention usb chord the magicjack came with. I heard that they cause a lot of problems.
