I have not heard of it....I thought MJ supplied caller id on the phone...not just the screen...was I wrong? Thanks

One of the best features about MJ is Caller ID and mine does not work. Can someone please help?

Can someone please help, my caller id does not work ...considering returning MJ ....I want my caller id! How do I fix this?
