It amazes me that a company the sells a telecommunications device does not have telephone support. Perhaps they tried to set up a call center using their own product only to realize that the call quality is too poor to operate so they switched to online chat which is more effective than these things ...

How about zero...the call quality makes it useless

They make their money on keeping the service running for the first year convincing you they are a solid product, getting you to pay for the second 1 -5 years, then overexpanding to the point where quality goes down and you abandon them. I swear the day after I upped for the 5 year plan, my calls ...
