I found out that I was having the same problem when my daughter called today on my cell phone and informed me that the MJ+ was going straight to voice mail. Did as "barkgrove2" said and it's working again.

One side note: The 'restart' button is in the 'advanced users' section of the menu tab.

At the bottom of my MJ account screen under "My Subscriptions" I have the following:

911 LOCATION
*The oldest device on your account with phone number (###) ###-#### controls the 911 location.

So I assume that it has to be configured through your old MJ, I only hope that it is then functional ...

I suspect the next MJ+ update will be the last manual update, from then on it will auto update over the Ethernet connection.

You would think they could come up with a way to notify stand alone users that an update has been put out. An email notification would be nice, but at the very least, put a spot on their website informing us of the last update date.
