if you have a phone properly connected there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to switch to telephone. Unless your installation is corrupted. If thats the case I'd suggest deleting your magicjack folders from your documents & try reinstalling. You might also try uninstalling the unknown device ...

Check your PC's audio setup
Right click on the Speaker (volume) icon click adjust audio properties. Uner audio & Voice make sure the defaults are selected.
On the Hardware tab check the properties of YMAX magicJack USB Device & USB Internet Phone by TigerJet. Make sure all these are okay.
