Every time you accidentally call a psycho with caller I.D. they get our magicjack #s & can call us back & harrass us to no end. WE Need to be able to Block individual #s or at least block our magicjack #s from showing up on caller I.D.

First of all it's impossible to be issued a number you didn't request so you must have selected an area code and requested a number in that area code when you 1st installed it. if you have a phone properly connected there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to switch to telephone. Unless your installation is corrupted. If thats the case I'd suggest deleting your magicjack folders from your documents & try reinstalling. You might also try uninstalling the unknown device ...
