Matt is right, you do need broadband for MJ. I have it, but it was still a lemon, I just think they need to redo MJ. The biggest problem I had was garbled speech, it kept breaking up all the time on both of the ones I had. That is why I bought Nettalk, I am hoping it will work better.

I was not using wireless at all. But I gave up and ordered another system that is not MJ. After getting two lemons, I got tired of talking for hours and hours to tech people who could not fix the problem. I have Cox High Speed internet and here in Arizona, that is not wireless.

Well, I got my second MJ and it works just as badly as the first one, I have had it with this company, in my oponion their MJ stinks. When I can afford one I will try the OOMA.

I spent hours and hours on line with tech support, no help, no matter who I call it sounds garbled. So I am sending it back and they have just emailed me that they are sending me a new MJ, I hope this one works or it will be sent back too.

I clean my discs, defragg and run my anti virus once a week, what more could I do. I have a Vista and it works fine except with the Magic Jack.
I talked to them online again today and I am sending it back and they are sending me a new one. If anyone can think of ways to better way for me ...

I am basically not able to use my MJ. I get lots of static and people have trouble hearing me. I am on my second phone and it is no better. Right now I give MJ and F. I should not have to work on this for days at a time for it to work.

I have a MJ, I am on my second phone, the first was an at&t, took it back and got a Uniden 5.8 GHz. Still fuzzy and people have trouble hearing me. Does anyone have any solutions to this?
