It appears that the local telephone company does not reconize your MJ number and need to update their system. By chattng with MJ one would hope they would have a way of helping to resolve a problem like this but then again this site would not be as popular with MJ users either.

If it's a new number it may take awhile before the local telephone company may recognize it. If the problem continues I would call the local phone company and tell them about the problem. Also chatting with a MJ rep may also "possibly" help as they may have some ways of accelerating a fix.
