No voice mail to softphone or email, only handset
For 2 weeks I have ONLY been able to retrieve my voicemail messages from my handset.
I am not receiving voicemail messages via email and the Softphone won't retrieve voicemail messages using the VMAIL button OR by dialing on Softphone.....and the green light by VMAIL button doesn't light up or ...
