I agree with s-alejandro... Now I'm getting a new MJ and going to have to send back the old one to keep from being charged for it. If they had just said they were experiencing problems I would have just given them a few days to fix it and, likewise, not have reconfigured my whole computer for 6 ...

Lucky you though..... I live in Corpus Christi (361) but that area code is not even available... Had to go with San Antonio (210) ((only 2 hours away)) and everyone has to dial 10 digits here.......

Time Warner here also but at midnight last night I got a call from a friend in California and my phone rang, showed up on computer and we could talk.... Must be the Texas or San Antonio thing. I'm still letting them send me a new MJ, won't cost anything.

I'll let everyone know when I get the new one, if it works or not

I am in Corpus Christi but since MJ didn't have a 361 area code I have a San Antonio (210) area code and this is exactly my problem... This just started today..

I paid for the 5 year plan and they got my money but my account shows to expire after just 1 year. How do I contact anyone in the company...

I can call out on my magicjack but when someone calls me I can't hear them and they can't hear me....Frustrating
