Road Runner to be specific. This is a strange problem. I have my router ports forewarded to my MJ and I have the MJ websites as "Trusted" in IE. Still, some calls dont make it through (e.g. AT&T Cell phone in SA). All outgoing calls are fine. In fact, when I call that same AT&T cell phone from my MJ ...

I can dial out no problem. However, some (not all) calls to my magic jack do not connect. For example, my friend on AT&T (cell phone) calls me, the phone rings, but it never connects when picking up the phone. I've spent three days with MJ techs and they cant figure it out.
