Yeah and after trying to troubleshoot it with their chat, I've gone from calls not working all the time to calls not working at all....I really hope they fix it if it is on their end

I've been having the same issue. 4 hours with "technical support chat" didn't help. In fact it has gone from a problem that used to happen intermittently to a problem that happens every time

Anybody been having this problem recently?
