Read the entire config file.

You will find Path3 listed there, too. Just put in EXACTLY what it says to (just read the examples for each OS and do the one that matched your Windows version.

It will not work for me, either. Everything runs ok, but then, after shutting down the MJ service, restarting, shutting it down again, then searching, it never finds \ the information. Seems like it shouldn't need to shut it down more than once...some kind of glitch?

Stuttering Dial Tone-Annoying. Anyone Know How To Fix?

I have 0 voicemails, new or old, but I get a stuttering dial tone of 5 beeps everytime I take the phone off the hook to dial out.

I contacted MJ through their poor excuse for tech support chat and they were absolutely clueless (try another USB port, etc.)

Anyone have any ideas? It is kind of ...

Correct-some of the peripheral ones are fine, but their main, programmed ones are dead.

This is no way to run a service.

A vast majority of people don't know what a proxy is, let alone how to change it.

To those of you that are still down:

Here is a possibke fix (it worked for me)

Just in case you were wondering, the change to more characters/digits in the password was not the only thing that was changed.
