If you have the time, can you check to see if you can port your land line number to Google and how much it costs? For me and many others, this will make all the difference in the world ...

The only fly in the pudding, is that you have to wait for an "invite" to get your number. I requested one a couple weeks ago, and it took about a week to get the invite.

I placed my name about a week ago and have not heard back from the invite.

If you have kids, that's one problem. Also, having two sets of phone and remembering which one to pick up for incoming verses outgoing calls can be, well, let's say a "challenge" even for me to remember.
