I bought Magic Jack while I was visiting the US last month. Unfortunately it seems to be blocked in Dubai, U.A.E. Any tips on how to make it work?
The error it gives is "not connected, No network connection, Error 9".
I read something about the Hotspot shield which had mixed reviews ...
