Thanks. Didn't work. It seems to be a bigger issue. I can't get windows to recognize the other missing drive letters either so it's not just MJ. Ahem. This trojan has something blocked somewhere that my anitvirus and malware remover are not finding.

A few days ago I got a trojan. It messed up a lot which I have fixed except for magic jack. It wiped out several drive letters, mj being one of them. I've tried unplugging it, you name it. Anyone know how to re-install it? Device manager recognizes that it's there. I can't access it. Any help ...

I don't want to disable vm. I need it. It's just that vm kicks in after 4 rings. It takes my bones 3 rings just to engage. Well...you get the picture. Looks like Magic Beans is worth a look. I appreciate all the help.

Anyone know how to do this? Can it be done? It appears my voice mail kicks in after 4 rings. I'd like to make it 8 rings. Can this be changed? Thanks.
