In Seattle, incoming seems to work very well, but outgoing goes directly to call target's voicemail box.

Hrm... Actually seems to be ALL numbers. Just tried to call a landline and get the same thing... Straight to voicemail.

Yep, noticed this. MJ support is saying "check back in 24 hours"...
