After renewing my account and moving my MagicJack to a windows 7 laptop I started getting "Error 400". I opened a live chat and asked them to refresh my account. I unplugged magicjack and re-plugged in... and was working within 5 minutes.
Thanks to the forum for pointing to this issue as a server ...
