Magic Jack + works great. most calls great audio.
I have a couple of people that call and I can't hear them an dthey can't hear me.
I can call them back and it works fine.

Any ideas ??

I removed the Dongle..
I have cleaned up the computer..have no other programs running other than Magic Jack - MagicSilence and MagicFeature plugins..

The computer is used for nothing but magic jack....

I come in and see Magic Jack screen with the answer incoming splash ( accept / ignore ) and ...

Yes I am using extention. Will try to remove it NOW !!!

I have had MJ for over 1 year..
It has been on same computer / Same Windows 7 32 bit.
past few weeks.. Can't answer incoming calls.
When I get to the computer MJ is up and has accept / ignore icon up.
I have removed MJ software.. Reloaded and rebooted several times..
Works for while then out again ...

Everytime I lose power and the computer reboots.
I get popup asking for logon password.
This is not too good when I am away from home.
I tried searching for a fix..

Suddenly when my computer reboots, I am being asked for email address and password.
I came back from vacation to no phone. MJ live help says this is normal.

I have been having problems. echo - stuttering and now drop offs.
So I decided to put MJ on its own computer.
What do I need to do to get my MJ to new pc ??

I am new to MJ.. just scratching the surface and trying to digest the forum here.
I am getting lots of stuttering on answer and low volume echo's.
I am thinking I should dedicate a PC for Just the MJ..
Any pointers ??
