I would like magicJack to work continuously and reliably. Right now incoming calls present a busy signal.

Good to know about it being different for a mac. A friend is waiting to switch to a TO number once it's allowed. Good to know that if he has a problem, what he'll have to do. Or I'll have to do as he calls me for every little thing.

Lacking proper Mac support

It turns out that the missing terms and conditions screen and inability to pick a Canadian or vanity number that I mentioned previously, is because of missing functionality in the "Mac version" of magicJack. I had to run Windows 7 in an emulator (VMWare Fusion) on Snow Leopard, download the software ...

1. email address and password (I use the ones I created when I ordered the magicJack through your website)
2. this modifies the screen to allow me to select register magicJack to my existing account
