Thanks sowhatu. I discovered that a few minutes ago. I got it to work, ran the update, then made the mistake of following the directions on magic jack and replugging it in. I had to go through the process all over again. I finally got it working. I was ready to take a hammer to it. :lol:

I have tried for 2 days to get my MJ to work on win 7. Win 7 doesn't recoginize the USB device. I did the win 7 fix/update which seemed to make it worse. now the light goes off 2 seconds after plugging it in. Before the update, at least the light stayed on.
