On the list, I saw that area code 613 (Ottawa, Canada) is available, but I could not find it on the phone number change list. How can I pick a 613 phone number? My MagicJack phone number is 631-238-8570.

I bought MagicJack 2 days ago. I found out that the phone calls broken automatically after each 5 minutes. Can you tell me how to fix it ? My register phone number is 631-238-8570.
