my MJ shut just seconds once the dial pad appears on my screen.. i plug and unplug to other usb port but still.. the same thing happen....

my mj always shut off opnce the phone paad appears on screen... i have read in some website that it is due to low power supply form the usb on my computer... and in order that my mj could get the exact power supply.. a usb hub with power supply is needed.. is this true? a usb hub with 2000 ma power ...

My Mj once its dial pad pop out im my computer... after few seconds it automatically shutdown... its been days now.. i still could not use it.. please help me...
