Brent : people are unable to call my mj line . I called my cell phone company to see if it was them but when they tried to call mj line it didnt work ...

able to call out with MJ but get fast busy when calling MJ.

been on with the chat support and all they helped me do was format all my contacts.

upgraded, unplugged, etc etc.

any help appreciated.

that explains the fast busy, but the issue I have with "output devices not found" is on my end and I don't know a solution

I use vista and everyday I get no output devices found. I also get fast busy when it does detect output device.

It rarely works at all.

I had such praise for MJ early on but it is failing me badly now.

I d/l the vista update on magicjack site. I have done magicfix numerous times.
