I found an app called Picus Wav Player that will play the MJ wav files. It costs $1.25, so is definitely worth the cost. There is also another app called WavPlayer by Dennis Lockshire that is made for VOiP wav files like MJ. It costs $0.99 and sounds like it will work also.

New Galaxy S3 can't read wav file from voicemail

I just got a new Samsung Galaxy S3. When I get the email generated from the MJ voicemail, I try to open the WAV file, but it says my phone cannot read the audio file. I have not had any problems in the past using my old Blackberry and they also play fine on my computer.

I downloaded 4 different ...

Can I change my phone number?

I have used my MJ on a thin client for a few years without any problems. I have to move to another state and would like to change my number to a local number. Is that possible? If so, how do I go about doing that?

I tried it in my second computer and it worked just fine. I then rebooted the thin client and put the MJ back on to it, and it works fine there also.

Today I get "invalid serial number"

I renewed my MJ about a month ago, and today I get an error message on my TC that says, "invalid serial number". When I click "close" it takes me to the dial pad, but it says to sign in to continue, but when I do that, it takes me back to the "invalid serial number" What can I do now?

MagicJack software will not auto-start

I just got a thin client designed to be used with MJ. It works well in every way except that when I reboot the TC, the MJ software does not start. If I unplug the MJ, then plug it back in it starts and runs just fine. I have tried all the USB connections and they all do the same thing. Any ideas ...

Can I have on my TC - print server and run Team Viewer?

I have had my MagicJack for about 40 days now and am already looking at a thin client. Is it possible to have TeamViewer added onto the thin client? I prefer this to Remote Desktop. I am also looking at maybe using the TC to be a print server. I guess I would then need the TC to have 2 USB ports ...

I have owned a MJ for about 40 days now without any problems. I owned a TK6k for about 9 months, but just sent it back for refund. You see, I have actually had 3 of the TK units, each lasting a couple of months before failing. It does work for a while, then after a few weeks, people cannot call in ...

Can I plug the telephone cord from the MJ into my house phone system and then use a corded or portable phone at any of the phone jacks?

Edit: One other question - Is Windows 7 a problem for MJ?

Have Ooma, but I think I would like to try Magic Jack

I just got an Ooma, but have nothing but problems with it. I cannot get into the setup screen and it blocks all of my network computers. Here are my questions - Is there a way to setup or hack the MJ so that I do not have to leave my computer on for MJ to work? Also, can I connect the telephone ...
