I am so excited because I seem to be a lot closer to being able to fax. However, I still cannot receive a fax because only half the page comes through. I was wondering if you have any thoughts? I made sure to follow all the steps to a "T". Any help would be appreciated.

I had looked around for advise, but didn't see anything that listed software and my printer. Will continue looking, though, thanks for the advise!!!

I have a pc with XP media edition. Faxes will come from/to a Brother MFC 7820N. I have received 1 fax, but cannot send and sending is what I really need to do. Any suggestions?
