I am running SP1. The uninstall and upgrade did not work for me either.

This is being posted on threads. It worked, thanks, but how do I get the contacts back.

I am Vista Home Premium. what do you mean change the date prior to last upgrade.

I have been using this for 2 years now and all of a sudden bamm, it crashes on every call and freezes my system.

MJ crashes after every call. Tried updates, formatting, changing drive letter, updating driver, deleting files etc...no thing works. All this was done with the assistance of MJ tech support. My entire systems freezes up now because of it. Here is the crash log:

I followed all the steps on pg14 and I continue to get Warning MJ can't start, when the dongle is not plugged in. However, when I pressed the mjsetup.exe nothing happened.

I followed all of these instructions as posted on wiki but, when I unplug the dongle and startup MJ i get Warning MJ could not start.

1. Plug in the magicJack USB device.
2. Start MagicJack if it didn't start automatically. Wait until it is "Ready to call."
3. Go to Windows Task Manager (alt ...
