I have exactly the same problem with my Wyse 9450XE with 256 MB RAM. I first got this unit about 4 weeks ago with MJ already installed. It worked fine for a few weeks. But as soon as it tried to do the MJ upgrade it ran out of available memory and restarted, tried MJ upgrade again, ran out of memory ...
