Thanks, tried opening TCP ports 80 and 443 too, no luck. :-(

Opening all those other ports doesn't sound like a very safe idea. Is this a router issue? Meaning would I have same safety and wouldn't have to hassle with opening ports etc if I had a different router? And if so, which router should I ...

As I mentioned in my very initial post, and also on the reply you replied to, I have already opened the UDP ports 5060-5070 in the router firewall. Doing so didn't solve the issue.

No sound

Yup it IS a portforwarding issue. And as I mentioned in my original note, I had opened (or forwarded) the ports 5060-5070 on the router firewall. Alas this did not help to solve the issue.
I think there are other ports that need to be opened, not just those ones. Would really appreciate some help ...
