MJ only works if I make a new user.
I have spent 8 hours on 4 different "Live Chats" with MJ support all to no avail. I have formatted the MJ and installed the upgrade several times. When I plug in the MJ the icon comes up for me to double click. I double click and a icon comes on my screen and one starts bouncing in the doc. 15 secs ...
