i am using a spa 2102 with mj and mjprocy on ddwrt router. works perfect. So i geuss the 2100 should work also.

If you have more computers using the internet, then check your router for QOS option and use that. it really helped me. I had crazy latency.

Maybe the power management is turned on for the usb that MJ is connected to. Means the computer turns the device off to save power when not in use.

Go to "Device Manager" ---> Universal serial bus controllers ---> right click on the USB hub that your MJ is using and click Properties ---> Power ...

it might be the settings on your ata. never encountered such problem, so can't exactly point it out.

Mjproxy can be downloaded, when u run it on ur pc u can just enter the proxy in there.

setup qos on the router + powered usb hub. I would recommend a ata and setup qos to give ata first priority. That is what i have and its perfect. Or use another computer/thinclient and setup qos.

everything seems good but i have this " SIP Server: 192.168.1.1:5070 " so i can just change the server from the mjproxy. just run the mjproxy on your computer with the port 5070 open and everything should work fine.

yes changing servers does make a difference. New york servers had some problem so i changed to another one and its perfect now.

go to run type "cmd" enter it. then type "ping (server name here without the brackets)" and enter.

You need a powered usb hub. my old computer did the same. but with new one it was perfect, but then i went with an atat which is basically like landline quality.

first of all your using wireless, use wired connection to the router. Second if your router supports qos, Setup qos , thats the best thing.

looking at your upload speed you need qos setup, to make sure u get 1st priority for mj.

I got it last month using the sipdump method but its hard since you have to scroll through the whole file to find it. since its never in the same place. i found mine close to the end of the file. lets say 3/4 down the file. You cant miss it , its 20 characters long.

my jitter is 80.1ms - 63.2ms lol says voip un supported and before it used to be close to radio quality according to http://www.whichvoip.com/voip/speed_test/ppspeed.html . so this was my main problem.

i am using boston, no echo but its cutting alot. I have another voip service on line 2 and its good with no breaking/cutting.

i got the spa2102 and got it working with my other viop service but i can't seem to get the sip info for mj, its just making me go crazy. probably tried like 30 times.
