No outgoing voice
Incoming voice works fine no outgoing voice. Switched phone, cords, received new MJ from MJ, no solution. Any suggestions?

Voice issue
I have the reverse problem and magicjack nor this forum have been much help. I hear the other person perfectly clear, they cannot hear me. If you discover a fix I would be interested. MJ sent me new MJ and now they act like I don't exist, but problem does.

I can make and receive calls, I can clearly hear the other person, I can use the softphone to enter digits for ext #, however no one can he me talk and I get a echo when I talk. Spent countless hours with tech support, they sent new MJ same thing. Tried two different phones, replaced phone cord ...
