Thanks to bitstopjoe, here is the MagicJack downgrade file that used to be located at http://upgrade.magicjack.com/upgrades/downgrade.exe before the link expired last week.

This is MagicJack 1.80.518.0, dated 01-19-2010. It will bring back AddressBook.xml, although all of your existing contacts ...

I PMed you an upload link, and I will host it on one of my shared hosting accounts for the MJS Community.

I was unable to locate my addressbook.xml within MagicJack so I contacted support via Live Chat. I later discovered phoneservicesupport.com and found that I needed to downgrade the software to get it back. But here is my unedited, conversation with them... which lasted over an hour.
