I would get that too but ive heard too many issues with the service and people are making complaints to the FCC about not getting their refund and how they over charge your credit card or double charge you.

Speaking with a new voip service rep he told me what the problem is and said magicjack is singing up to many people and the servers that handle the service are having issues and they dont want to admit it but thats magicjack for you.

Other people are having the same issue and magicjack is claiming the telco's are blocking numbers but i think magicjack is blocking certain numbers so people cant call in. Ive been talking to magicjack over 20 times today and still no help.

K so 20 times with texting magicjack tech support and really no help at all and only 1 time they transfered me to a higher level tech and i was chatting with him and i gave him my info and he of course told me he would speak to the engineers and they would look into it.
