If i want to re route my calls to a different server, how would I do that with Windows 7?

Now i am no computer guy. I fix computers and thats about it. I purchased a VOIP151 corded usb phone for skype. I also have the magic jack. Now i set my windows 7 laptop to ask me to run anything.
