I had exactly the same problem! Tried to troubleshoot myself for ~3 hours. Then tried "live chat" and "live look" available on the Magic Jack website - for >2 hours (four different tech support people!). At the end I was assured it was all connected - all I had to do was reboot my computer, wait 5 ...
