I just re-tested the MagicRingForever tool on Windows 7 and it worked fine . It must be something simple.

Now, The best I can get is a non-infinite loop. After 12 or so rings it goes to a strange beeping signal. It is still good enough and allows for my Google Voice to answer the call.
